The teams are also excited about the fact the top foreign players are coming and joining them as marquee player. The standards of inspiration and experience that will be infused in the teams are highly applauded by the authorities.

The approach has been quite instrumental as the authorities are stressing to develop the players from the very elementary level. With the initiation of the Grass Root Programmes (GRP) and Youth Development Programme (YDP), the organisation is constantly boosting the morale of the young and the aspiring players of the country. Through these courses, the children are going to get world class technique and skills to perform in the most professional manner. It is being expected that these programs are going to refine their performance skill and enhance their confidence in order to represent the country on an international platform to represent the country in future.
