Indian Football is getting swept away with
the success that the sport is experiencing touching new horizon on an
international level. With the Indian Super League (ISL) about to commence in

the ISL, AIFF President Praful Patel

Pertaining to I-League, Mumbai FC has added
some real spice to their strike force by roping in prolific goal getter Josimar
Da Silva. This Brazilian star had scored 13 goals in 23 I-League matches for
Mohammedan SC, the second highest tally season. It has been expected that this
player will provide a focal point for all the activities as he will infusing
significant amount of experience of playing in the I-League. He will be a
stalwart in the team who will inspire the team members with consistent and
robust performance techniques. The player is excited to join Mumbai FC and is
determined to raise the scale of the performance of the team. Since I-League is
getting stronger this season with qualified players and more professional clubs
joining the session.
Praful Patel profile as the President of the AIFF has added a lot of development and
progress to professionalise the course of the game. The governing body has
gained huge accolades from Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for its unbiased
approach in issuing club license to even the top clubs of the country. With an
average of 11 goals per season, Josimar is an important addition to the Mumbai
FC squad.
