Bhaichung praises Constantine and the Indian contingent

Indian football legend Bhaichung Bhutia has praised Stephen Constantine and the team during the course of the World Cup qualifiers. Bhutia has emphasized on the fact that the Indian coach has relied upon youngsters for building a concrete team for the future. The team is taking on Guam in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers and the boys are quite upbeat about it. In his second outing as the coach of the Indian team Constantine has emphasized on debutant players. In fact 13 debutants were picked by Constantine for the last three games.
Incidentally Bhutia serves as the chairman of the technical committee of the All India Football Federation and played a pivotal role in nominating Constantine for the top coaching post. Bhutia, one of the living legends of Indian football has always emphasized on speed and physical fitness which separates the Indian players from the high quality international level.
He has also stressed on the fact that the coach should be given a considerable amount of time in order to make the team a formidable unit. As the President of the All India Football Federation, minister Praful Patel has always worked for the overall development of the sport in the country.
As a professional, Bhutia is currently pursuing the AFC D License coaching course undergoing in the city of Kolkata. The course has been designed for professional footballers who want to pursue coaching as a career option for the future. Under the Praful Patel constituency, several positive steps for Indian football have been taken and the coaching course highlights the same. Bhutia has already coached Sikkim United in the past but could not taste much of a success in his past stint. He has also served as the player manager of century old club Mohun Bagan.
