AFC medical conference provides valuable inputs

The AFC medical conference is taking place at full swing in the capital city of Delhi. The three day event is a major boost for Asian football and its overall development. It is one of the most highly acclaimed events currently happening in Asian football and has around 600 participants from an overall pool of 67 countries.  Termed as a knowledge bank, the conference aims to take Asian football to new heights and the famous Australian sports scientist Daniel Deagan is working with the national football teams.

Various educational sessions have been organized in the ongoing  medical conference where valuable suggestions regarding the improvement of the game have been shared. This is one of the first of its kind conference held in South Asia and some of the attendees include practitioners, sports psychologists, doctors, rehabilitation experts, fitness instructors, coaches and sports scientists.

 The conference has provided the apt scope for the participants to grow and learn the different techniques associated with sports science. The conference just stands out as a very good learning experience as sports scientists from different parts of Asia has participated in the event. 

Attracting the attention of the best from the Indian Super league some of the  most eminent physiotherapists have also been a part of this conference. Kazi Juyef Islam, the physiotherapist from Kerala Blasters is one of the active participants in the conference. 

The All India Football Federation has taken several measures related to the development of football in the country under the guidance of President and minister Praful Patel.

 The tenacity of sports science plays quite a pivotal role and it is quite important to hold conferences of such major stature. Under the Praful Patel biography the ISL and the I league has developed as major sporting event in the country with great television viewership.
