Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is definitely taking a neutral approach when it comes to the development of the nation. The camaraderie which came up of NCP Chief Sharad Pawar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the later was invited to Baramati has been quite an issue of being frowned upon. Modi visited the Vidya Pratishthan, Krishi Vigyan Kendra to inaugurate a hall which has been named after Appasaheb Pawar, Sharad Pawar’s elder brother.
The occasion was graced by Senior NCP Leader Praful Patel along with Ajit Pawar and Supriya Sule who have shared the same dais with Pawar and Modi. Modi was also scheduled to spend time at Pawar’s residence in Baramati. Both the leaders shared lunch and it has been confirmed by sources that there was no separate meeting between Modi and Pawar.
Some close sources said that members of the extended Pawar family were invited for lunch. Three generations of Pawar family were present for the lunch, while there was also a separate arrangement for seating was also made.
NCP under Praful Patel profile as one of the senior members had shown their unbiased approach and support from outside to the ruling party. It has been further clarified that there may have been many differences and conflict of interests, but all have to be kept aside when it comes to the development of the nation and progress of the people.
Narendra Modi also had shared that Sharad Pawar and he have always shared a long term association and both have been in more of an amicable relation with each other. There have been speculations in the political circle that may be both the parties are coming to terms with each other, because of the estranged ties of BJP and Shiv Sena during the State Assembly Elections of Maharashtra. But these speculations have not been taken into heed by the two stalwarts as both have agreed on the fact that there should not be any bigotry when it comes to the developmental issues of nation.
